New Parking Regulations Published in the Official Gazette

The amendment made by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change in the parking lot regulation was published in the official gazette. According to the new regulation, the projection of the 1000 meter rule for the parking lot has been increased to 1500 meters and the walking distance to 2000 meters, and the payment of the regional parking lot has been extended from 18 months to 36 months. The 250 percent price for buildings to be built in place of risky structures in parcels smaller than 25 square meters and the rule of granting settlement with temporary parking on the road can be extended to 1 square meters until July 2023, 350.

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has changed the parking lot regulation. The regulations made by the Ministry took place in the official gazette published today.

The ministry, which changed the distance rule in the new regulation, increased the 1000-meter rule, which is valid for the maximum distance for the parking lot outside the parcel, to 1500 meters as projection and to 2000 meters as walking distance, for technical reasons. Thus, the possibilities of parking lots have increased, thanks to the availability of parking from a larger area. Ease of application

After the parking fee is taken, the rule of making a regional parking lot within 3 years has been increased to 5 years. Municipalities were facilitated.

The ministry, which made a change in order to provide convenience in payment, increased the payment period of the remaining 25 percent for the regional parking lot, excluding the first payment of 75 percent, from 18 months to 36 months, provided that it does not exceed the settlement date.
