New Generation Railway Applications Met with Visitors at the Technology Summit

The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) opened a stand at the Eurasia R&D, Innovation and Technology Summit (Euritech), which will last for 3 days in the Informatics Valley in Kocaeli's Gebze district. TCDD General Manager Metin Akbaş presented a train model to Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank, who opened the summit and made observations at the TCDD stand.

Gebze Informatics Valley Congress and Fair Center hosted the Eurasia R&D, Innovation & Technology Summit. Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank opened the Eurasia R&D, Innovation & Technology Summit, which will last for three days and where TCDD also has a stand.

Hoping that the summit will be beneficial for everyone, Varank advised especially young people to follow this event closely, where the main agenda topics of the technology and innovation ecosystem will be discussed.

Minister Varank visited the stands with Kocaeli Governor Seddar Yavuz, Deputy Minister Mehmet Fatih Kacır, General Manager of Informatics Valley Serdar İbrahimcioğlu. Minister Varank, who made examinations at the TCDD stand, received information about the studies from General Manager Metin Akbaş. TCDD General Manager Metin Akbaş presented a train model to Minister Mustafa Varank in memory of the day.

Emphasizing the importance of the summit, TCDD General Manager Metin Akbaş underlined that high-tech products and services were under the spotlight at the Eurasia R&D, Innovation & Technology Summit. Reminding that they participated in the summit as TCDD, Metin Akbaş said, “We came together with our young people and entrepreneurs who will carry Turkey to the future at the Technology Summit. We shared the excitement of our young people.” said.

TCDD General Manager Metin Akbaş visited the stands and talked to the participants for a while.
