In Kayseri, the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) teams carried out a rescue operation for the black stork caught in the catenary line. The black stork, which is in danger of extinction, was rescued from the place where it was stuck as a result of long efforts of the railwaymen.

The black stork, which is in danger of extinction in the world and rarely seen in Turkey, was injured by tripping on the catenary line at the 472nd kilometer between Karaözü and Yeniçubuk. The animal was safely rescued as a result of the struggle of the railroaders, who did not remain indifferent to the black stork's painful song and rushed to its aid. The black stork that escaped from the line it was stuck on was handed over to the Kayseri Zoo Directorate for treatment and care by the railwaymen.
