The reason for this is not that these applications are bad or useless, but that businesses are not mature enough to use those applications or take full advantage of them.

PROCESSES MUST BE STANDARDIZED

Processes need to become standard so that businesses can use these applications and reach industrial maturity. Businesses that do not have Standard Working Methods are those that make mass production, have to bear high inventory costs, and work with production methods based on personal experience. At this standardization stage, the current situation of the enterprises is improved and production methods that are not based on personal experience are put into use. In this project period, more basic 'Problem Solving' methods are used by following the targets set jointly by the business management and the project managers.
