Korean Tourism Professional Interpark Takes Bursa into Focus

Bursa Metropolitan Municipality's efforts towards South Korea with the aim of new markets in tourism are bearing fruit. Interpark, one of the most important tourism agencies in South Korea, took Bursa under the spotlight.

Within the scope of the works carried out to contribute to the tourism potential of Bursa and to ensure that the city is among the world tourist routes, the activities of the Metropolitan Municipality, which gives special importance to South Korea, have started to return. Previously, South Korean investors, tourism professionals, promotion agencies, journalists and social media phenomena were hosted in Bursa, now Sukjin Jeong, the official of Interpark, one of the most important tourism agencies in the country, visited Bursa.

In the event organized within the scope of the initiatives of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, Bursa Culture, Tourism and Promotion Association and Turkish Airlines; Presentations on the historical, cultural and touristic values ​​of Bursa and tourism services were made to the Korean tourism professional. In addition, consultations and bilateral meetings were held with the South Marmara Touristic Hoteliers and Operators Union Association (GUMTOB) executive board, and tourism cooperation opportunities were evaluated.
