The Turkish Armed Forces seized a large number of weapons and ammunition belonging to terrorists during the search and scanning activities carried out in the Operation Claw-Lock region.
The materials seized during the searches in the region are as follows: 6 AK-47 infantry rifles, - 3 M-16 infantry rifles, - 2 RPG-7 rocket launchers, - 99 defensive hand grenades, - 1 Dragunov sniper rifle and binoculars, – 1 x Binocular night vision scope, – 1 x thermal vision device, – 1 x sight, – 30 x push mechanism, – 2 x Doçka stands, – – 74 x RPG-7 anti-tank ammunition – 24 pieces smoke bombs, – 91 pieces of RPG-7 propellant cartridges, – 1 x Yaesu handheld radio, – 4 sacks of ammonium nitrate, – 7 pieces of thermal umbrellas, – 8.000 pieces of AK-47 infantry rifle 7,62×39 mm ammunition and 72 magazines, – 1.640 7,62×54 mm PKMS machine gun ammunition, – 2.900 Doçka anti-aircraft 12,7×108 mm ammunition, – 1.260 M-16 infantry rifle 5,56×45 mm ammunition and 13 magazines, – 40 Dragunov sniper rifle 7,62×54 ammunition and 5 magazines, – 3 generators.
