International Defense Consulting Construction Industry and Trade Inc. or SADAT A.Ş. is a military consulting firm based in Turkey. The company was founded on February 28, 2012 by retired Brigadier General Adnan Tanrıverdi and provides services such as military and internal training, defense consultancy and ammunition procurement in the international arena. The headquarters of the company is located in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul.

SADAT A.Ş. was founded on February 28, 2012 by retired Brigadier General Adnan Tanrıverdi and 23 retired officers and non-commissioned officers from the Turkish Armed Forces. The company formed a Board of Directors consisting of Adnan Tanrıverdi and four other members. Adnan Tanrıverdi's son, Mehdi Tanrıverdi, is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors. The company employs between 50 and 200 retired TAF officers from various branches and fields of expertise.

The company's services include consulting, training, conventional military training, unconventional military training, special forces training and army equipment.

The mission stated by the company is “to create an environment of defense and defense industry cooperation between Islamic Countries and to make the Islamic World a self-sufficient military power by providing services in the fields of organization of the Armed Forces and Internal Security Forces, strategic consultancy in the field of internal security and defense, internal security and military training and equipment. and to help him take his rightful place among the World Super Powers.

SADAT A.Ş. has a sister organization called ASSAM, which has a more political focus, which was founded by Adnan Tanriverdi. ASSAM operates a strategic research center and hosts annual contracts.

SADAT's mission and purpose face various claims from opponents of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party). These allegations have become the focus of various debates, ranging from supporting terrorism to establishing a private army loyal to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

17.06.2021 It was claimed that the attacker was connected with SADAT in the attack on the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) provincial building in İzmir, in which 1 person died. According to some claims, it was reported that the attacker was sent to Syria, where he was trained by SADAT.

Sedat Peker, in his statements about the military equipment and weapons he sent to Bayırbucak Turkmens in Syria, said that this operation was organized by SADAT, which was established under the leadership of soldiers expelled from the TAF due to "reactionary activities". Peker also claimed that Turkey sent weapons to the organization called Al Nusra, which was active in the Syrian civil war, through SADAT.
