Born on January 26, 1963 in Setubal, Portugal, Jose Mourinho is the son of Portuguese goalkeeper Jose Felix Mourinho. His mother, Maria Julia Mourinho, is a primary school teacher and as a child, Jose Mourinho constantly encouraged him to be a successful and competitive child.
