Legendary Race 'Santini Queens of The Aegean' Breathtaking in Marmaris

The legend of cycling races, “Santini Queens Of The Aegean Boostrace”, which was held for the first time in Turkey this year under the sponsorship of Türk Telekom, was breathtaking. Azize Bekar in women's women's and Anton Hrabovsky in men's won the 29-km challenging stage that took place in Marmaris on 145 May. The race, which was held within the scope of the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency, brought together many local and foreign cycling enthusiasts and introduced the natural beauties of Marmaris to the world.

Türk Telekom continues to support sports and athletes. The "Santini Queens Of The Aegean Boostrace", which is shown as the most challenging stage of the bicycle races, was held for the first time in Turkey this year on 29 May in Marmaris with the sponsorship of Türk Telekom.

More than 300 athletes participated in the race

'Santini Queens of The Aegean Boostrace', which was held within the scope of the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), was held with the participation of more than 13 athletes, including world-famous cyclists from 300 different countries. The race, in which the unique beauties of the region were introduced, met with cyclists around the world.

The difficult stage was breathtaking

In the race, which consists of two tracks starting from the center of Marmaris, continuing with climbing and ending in Akyaka via Gökova, the athletes completed the 80 km short or 145 km long track. While the competitors who participated in the short track competed in the Kıran Climbing stage, which is only 80 km of the 8,5 km short track, the competitors who participated in the long track first competed in the 10 km Sarnıç and 8,5 km Kıran climb. In other parts of the track, the competitors both warmed up and enjoyed the natural beauties of Marmaris. Azize Bekar finished first in the women's race and Anton Hrabovsky won the award in men's.

In the event, which was held for the first time in Turkey, cyclists had the opportunity of vacation and entertainment as well as the excitement of racing. After completing the race in a magnificent nature, the participants, who spent a day full of cycling, had a beautiful holiday experience with yoga sessions, relaxation areas and music and entertainment by the sea.
