The World Tourism Cities Federation (WTCF), which is contacted through the Foreign Relations and Tourism Department, is known as the world's first international tourism organization, formed voluntarily by famous tourism cities and tourism-related institutions in the world, with Beijing's initiative. Guided by its vision of “better city life through tourism”, WTCF organizes the world-famous Fragrant Hills Tourism Summits every year. Creating a platform for its members to exchange experiences, reinforce cooperation and build consensus, WTCF has been operating in Beijing (China), Rabat and Fez (Morocco), Chongqing (China), Los Angeles (USA), Qingdao (China) and Helsinki since 2012.
