Olive nourished, satiated, healed. Olives are very precious. Why an auction is held, you cannot measure the value of something very valuable. Now you do what he appreciates so that he can appreciate it himself. We did the first one in Seferihisar. We counted olive trees over 200 years old. We identified around 500 olive trees. There was one of them, which is 800 years old. We named her after the grandmother in Buket Uzuner's book, we called her Umay Granny.
