Expressing that they have taken serious steps in the field of urban planning since they took office, İmamoğlu underlined that they carried out the process in a participatory and transparent manner. Saying, "We have never done and will never do this," İmamoğlu said, "I am also enjoying fulfilling our commitment for three years. We have never brought an individual request or a single request over the rent of a personal group to the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Assembly. I would like to say this in front of all of you," he said. Sharing the knowledge that they have solved the zoning problems in Avcılar Yeşilkent, Ataşehir, İçerenköy, Kayışdağı, İnönü, Küçükbakkalköy neighborhoods, the center of Çekmeköy, Pendik Kavakpınar, Çınardere neighborhoods and Silivri during their 3-year tenure, İmamoğlu, Bakırköy, Esenyurt, Eyüpsultan, Kemerburgaz, Kadıköy He stated that they are close to a solution in regions such as Acıbadem, Şişli centre, Sarıyer, Üsküdar, Ümraniye, Alibeyköy, Ferhatpaşa and the north of Kartal.

Zeytinburnu Mayor Ömer Arısoy, in his speech, said, “A serencam lasting 30 years; we have come to the happy time of a serencam full of objections and cancellations. Of course I am happy too. RIGHT OWNERS: “OUR HAPPIEST DAY”
After the speeches, İmamoğlu and Arısoy symbolically handed over their title deeds to 6 right holders. Speaking on behalf of the rights holders, Figen Öztemir expressed her feelings, “I am very happy. 30 years, Easy to say. I am the daughter of Cezmi Öztemir, who served as the President of the Turkish Leather Industrialists' Association for many years and worked hard for Kazlıçeşme and the leather industry. I wish my father was alive and here today. With the ceremony, a total of 550 shareholders received their new title deeds. During the ceremony, İmamoğlu was accompanied by İBB CHP Group Deputy Chairman Doğan Subaşı and İBB Secretary General Can Akın Çağlar.
