Avatar, the world's highest-grossing movie, returns to the big screen with a sequel 13 years later.
In the time since the record-breaking first film, news about the second film has appeared many times. The new movie became official with the trailer released on Monday. The second of the series will meet with the audience in December 2022 under the name "Avatar: The Way Of Water".
The stars of the first movie, Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, and Sigourney Weaver, are joined by Kate Winslet, Michelle Yeoh, Vin Diesel and Edie Falco in the sequel.
