“35 Chef Competition Under 3 Made a Difference”

Gastronometro Director Maximillian JW Thomae stated that the 35 Chefs Under 3 Competition is different from other competitions and said, “Every competition held in the field of gastronomy is organized on almost the same criteria such as taste and presentation. But the 35 Chefs Under 3 Competition was held specifically for 'sustainability and waste-free cuisine' and made a difference. One of the issues that I care about the most in the competition was that the competition contributed to the development of young chefs by distinguishing it from other competitions.
