What is reticence, which comes from the word reticent, and what does it mean?

According to the information in the dictionary of the Turkish Language Association, “secrecy” means tight-lipped. In other words, one of the features encountered in job postings is to keep one's mouth shut. For example, this feature is added to the desired features in order not to export the information that should be kept confidential in the workplace.

Discretion is the instillation of the consciousness of keeping secrets in the person. Discretion, which is among the sine qua non of MIT, means one who does not give a secret.

It can be defined as being secretive, keeping your own secrets inside, not sharing your problems with anyone, not revealing your boredom, sadness or fear to the outside.

Some people do not show their feelings or thoughts at all. No matter how sad or angry they are, they can hide it. If you can achieve this, you will be reticent.
