TCDD Onsite Solution Team Examined Adana Station Restoration Works

Metin Akbaş, General Manager of the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD), made a series of visits in Adana with the “On-Site Solution Team”.

Continuing his investigations with the Onsite Solution Team, General Manager Akbaş's current stop was Adana. General Manager Akbaş, who, together with the On-site Solution Team, first made inspections at the Adana Train Station, where restoration works are still ongoing, said, "We are working diligently to keep the living memories of our railway history alive." said.

After the station visit, General Manager Akbaş examined the Traffic Control Center and the monitoring room camera systems, which serve for the safe management of trains, and received information from the personnel.

Akbaş and Onsite Solution Team then visited TCDD Tasimacilik AS Adana Regional Manager Mustafa Özgür Örekçi and consulted. Later, the delegation visited our Telekomand Center, which provides control and command of railway electrification systems from a center, and got information about the works.

Akbaş, who had a meeting with the personnel at the 6th Regional Directorate of TCDD, received information about the ongoing railway projects. Akbaş said, "We act with the belief that the completion of the projects as soon as possible will contribute significantly to the economy of our country and the welfare of our nation."

General Manager Akbaş was accompanied by the 6th Regional Manager Alisey Felek and the relevant department heads in his examinations.
