Transforming Istanbul into the city with the most metro lines in the world at the same time with 10 metro lines, İBB continues its works on Ümraniye Ataşehir Göztepe Metro Line at full speed.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) produced financing for the Ümraniye Ataşehir Göztepe Metro Line, which was discontinued in 2017. It restarted the works on the important line that will breathe the city traffic in October 2019. The productions in the project, which was stopped at the very beginning of the project when it was around 4 percent, continue at full speed. There are 7 personnel working on the metro line, which works on a 24/2000 basis. Production is carried out at 40 different points.
Work continues uninterruptedly at all construction sites of the metro line, which reaches from 4% to 50%. The construction sites of the metro line, where the project is progressing according to the schedule, are open to visitors of Istanbul who want to see it.
