Mustafa Varank, Minister of Industry and Technology, met with Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and his accompanying delegation in IT Valley.
Officials from the Ministry of Commerce and the Presidential Investment Office were also present at the meeting held by Minister Varank and Al Zeyoudi.
During the meeting, mutual investment opportunities between the two countries, especially in petrochemistry and renewable energy, were evaluated, while issues such as cooperation in R&D and innovation fields, establishment of joint technoparks and industrial zones were brought up.
During the meeting, Minister Varank stated that Turkey is a reliable partner with its strong economy, strategic location, strong industrial infrastructure and business opportunities, and that it is the most important alternative supply center that can offer much faster and higher quality products compared to the world.
After the meeting between the delegations, Varank and Al Zeyoudi, Turkish start-up Roof Stacks operating in the fields of metaverse, augmented reality, game development and financial technology, and Ortem serving in high-tech projects, R&D, P&D, prototype and mass production. Visited Electronics.
Finally, the two ministers visited the UserLab User Experience Center of Turkey's vision project Togg, got information about the project and took a test drive with Togg.
