SSI Employer Representation Application Begins

The Ministry of Labor and Social Security, through the Social Security Institution (SGK), implements the "SGK Employer Representative" application in order to follow up the work and transactions of large employers with a high employment capacity and employ a large number of workers in Social Security Provincial Directorates and Social Security Centers and to conclude them without delay.

Taking into account the demands of the segments and stakeholders addressed through the application, an "SGK Employer Representative" will be appointed from among the personnel in the provincial organization in order to receive the applications of employers and workplaces that employ a large number of workers as soon as possible, to follow up and finalize the problems with fast and qualified service delivery.

Implementation will start first in Gaziantep and Izmir

The work and transactions carried out by the Ministry in the field of social security are carried out through the Social Security Provincial Directorates in 81 provinces and Social Security Centers established in the districts, together with the central organization of the SGK. Almost all transactions take place electronically, from receipt of requests and applications to finalization. With the application, it is aimed to minimize bureaucracy and paperwork.

In this way, "SGK Employer Representative" among the personnel in the Provincial Directorates of Social Security and Social Security Centers, in order to prioritize the requests and applications of the employers to be determined by the institution according to the number of insured persons employed in the workplaces and notified, to the provincial organization, to shorten the work processes, to follow up the works and transactions and to conclude them quickly. will be determined. The implementation will be started in İzmir and Gaziantep Provincial Directorates of Social Security first, and other provincial directorates will be included according to the results.

SSI Employer Representative; Information on the name, surname, title, e-mail address, workplace telephone number and the representation status (main, substitute) of the assigned personnel, as 1 principal and 1 substitute, among the civil servant, chief and manager personnel. The relevant workplace employers will be notified via the corporate e-mail address of the Central Directorate. Thus, it will be ensured that the applications and requests of the determined large employers are finalized without loss of time.
