Counting the days for Turkey's 58th airport to open. Transport and Infrastructure Minister Adil Karaismailoğlu said that Rize-Artvin Airport will open on 14 May.

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoğlu visited the tradesmen in the Bucak district of Burdur and listened to their problems. Then he moved to the AK Party District Presidency and met with the citizens at iftar. Making a speech here, Minister Karaismailoğlu said that the whole Islamic world has already celebrated Eid al-Fitr.

Karaismailoğlu gave information about when the Rize-Artvin Airport, built on the sea, will open. Minister of Transport Karaismailoğlu said, “As a new indicator of our engineering success; We will open Rize-Artvin Airport, which is the fifth airport in the world and the second in our country, to be built on sea embankment, on May 14. Thus, we will bring the 58th airport to our country," he said.
