Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş gave the good news that student subscription cards can also be used in Başkentray after the public transportation vehicles within EGO. As of April 18, student subscription cards will be valid in Başkentray as well.
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality has added a new one to its "student-friendly" applications that make life easier for students from the Capital.
In line with the understanding of social municipality, student subscription cards used by students from Başkent will also be valid in Başkentray as of April 18, 2022.
MANSUR SLOWLY ANNOUNCED THE GOODWILL TO STUDENTS
Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, who gave the good news to the students with his social media accounts, said, “We have good news for our students who use one of the cheapest subscriptions in Turkey. With the unanimous decision taken at the UKOME meeting, your subscriptions will now be valid in Başkentray as well. Good luck to our tens of thousands of students in advance," he said.
It is expected that approximately 20 thousand students will benefit from the student subscription cards, which will be valid in Başkentray after the public transportation vehicles serving within the EGO General Directorate.
