The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) put the historical Göztepe Station Building, whose restoration has ended, into service as the “TCDD Culture and Art Center”. The April 23 event of the little ones who attended the opening received great appreciation.

After the opening ceremony, on the occasion of April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day, fun games, competitions, animator shows with clowns and mascots, and face painting, origami, fabric painting and mud workshops were held. In addition, within the framework of TCDD historical research, an encyclopedia introducing clothes, accessories and objects used in TCDD will be prepared in the project.
