The residents of Başkent gave full marks to the electric buses that Ankara Metropolitan Municipality added to its fleet in line with its service approach that prioritizes comfort and safety in Başkent transportation. EGO General Directorate put into service 3 12-meter solo type electric buses on the Ankara City Hospital-Kızılay-Ulus route.

While Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues to purchase new buses in order to provide a more modern, state-of-the-art, comfortable and safe transportation to the residents of the Capital, it also brought the electric buses it added to its fleet to the people of the Capital.

Three solo type electric buses with a length of 12 meters and a capacity of 87 passengers started to serve on the Ankara City Hospital-Kızılay-Ulus route with line number 3.

ENVIRONMENTAL TRANSPORTATION STARTED IN ANKARA

The 100% electric buses, which are completely environmentally friendly as they do not have exhaust emissions, received full marks from the residents of the Capital, as they are quiet, safe and low-floor, allowing disabled passengers to get on and off easily.
