Thereupon, the investigation carried out by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against 17 people for allegedly participating in the crime of "fraud" resulted in non-prosecution. In the decision, which drew attention to the fact that the actions of the founder and directors of the Thodex platform, for which an indictment was made, against the harm of the victims, only those who have access to the platform, could take action, it was explained that the celebrities who were charged with the crime also appeared in many commercials from time to time.

In the decision, it was emphasized that the people mentioned did not have any ties other than their acting in the commercial of Thodex, and it was stated that the actions of these people in the form of their participation in the commercial film of the company were not criminal in themselves.
