Consume Zero Sugar Fit Güllaç in Ramadan! Here is the Recipe

Specialist Dietitian Melike Çetintaş gave important information about the subject. A correct diet is important for both those who want to lose weight and those who want to eat healthy during Ramadan. Eating excessive fat and sugar causes people to get hungry very quickly during the day, to experience problems such as weakness, headache, dizziness and constipation. You can fast very easily by staying full, boosting your immunity, and even losing weight.

Of course, Ramadan pita is indispensable. Instead of 2 slices of bread, you can add 1 palm-sized pita to your meals. It is healthier to consume 3-4 days a week at the most instead of consuming it every day. In sahur, consuming pita bread will make you hungry during the day due to its simple sugar content. This is why you can consume brown bread in sahur.

Eating fruit or sweets as soon as the meal is finished is not a good choice for health. Plan a nice snack for yourself 2 hours after your meal. If you consume 1 glass of milk or yogurt along with 2-1 servings of fruit, your blood sugar will be balanced. Instead of snacks, you can consume milk dessert or chocolate 2 times a week. Avoid sugary sweets.
