Özlem Topçakan, an expert in her field, will continue her duty as the CIO of the company.
Özlem Topçakan, who is one of the successful names of the sector with her experience of more than 20 years, started her career by developing applications on the internet at Neptun Information Processing between 1997-1999 after graduating from Istanbul Technical University Computer Engineering Department. Later, Topçakan stepped into the banking sector and worked as a technology solutions developer in the banking applications and business intelligence teams at Fortis Bank between 1999-2002.
Özlem Topçakan, who worked in the telecom sector between 2002 and 2015, first worked as a Senior Datawarehouse Specialist at Aria, and then continued her duty as the BI and Datawarehouse Solutions Department Manager after the merger of Aria and Aycell. In the following period, he worked as CRM and Sales Development Department Manager, Sales Solutions and Business Process Department Manager at Avea. Between 2015 and 2017, he served as the Business Analysis Director and the Unit Manager responsible for Revenue Management solutions during and after the merger of Avea (mobile), Türk Telekom (fixed) and TTnet (broadband) operations within the Türk Telekom group. After leaving Türk Telekom in 2018, he continued to work as Vodafone Projects Manager at Kafein Teknoloji. Özlem Topçakan, who has been working as the Product Management Director at Kron Telekom since 2018, has been appointed as the CIO of Istegelsin as of April 2022.
