Ordu Metropolitan Municipality has created the "Equestrian Nature Trail" within the scope of ecotourism, which is an alternative tourism area in Ünye district.

The Metropolitan Municipality, which is the pioneer of studies that reveal Ordu's claim in tourism, is implementing the Nature Walk and Equestrian Trail Ecotourism Project in Ünye. The route, which will connect important tourism destination areas of the district such as Tozkoparan Cave, Ünye Equestrian Facilities and Asarkaya City Forest, will further increase the attraction of the district in tourism.

8,22 KM ROUTE CREATED

Under the leadership of the Metropolitan Municipality, with the contributions of the Giresun Regional Directorate of Forestry, a total of 4,37 km of ecotourism routes were created, including 3,85 km of nature hiking trails and 8,22 km of horse-drawn paths.

The Metropolitan Municipality, which has created a different tourism route for the citizens within the scope of the works, will also implement the infrastructure and resting areas on the route for the use of the citizens walking on the track.

WILL BE READY FOR THE SUMMER SEASON

The teams of the Metropolitan Municipality, which created the route, carry out improvement work on the road. The ecotourism route, which is planned to be ready for the summer season, will offer the citizens the opportunity to do mountain biking and trekking as well as equestrian ecotourism. Again, citizens will be able to enjoy this route, whether they want their own horses or the horse they will rent from the Equestrian Facility.
