TCDD General Directorate Disciplinary Supervisors Regulation Published

The Regulation on Disciplinary Supervisors of the General Directorate of State Railways of the Republic of Turkey was published in the Official Gazette.

REPUBLIC OF TURKEY STATE RAILWAYS MANAGEMENT GENERAL DIRECTORATE REGULATION ON DISCIPLINE SUPERVISORS

Goal

ARTICLE 1- (1) The purpose of this Regulation is to determine the disciplinary superiors of civil servants and contracted personnel working in the General Directorate of State Railways of the Republic of Turkey.

Scope

ARTICLE 2- (1) This Regulation is based on the Decree Law No. 22 dated 1/1990/399 on the Central and provincial organization of the General Directorate of State Railways of the Republic of Turkey. It applies to civil servants and contracted personnel working in accordance with subparagraphs (b) and (c) of Article 233.

Rest

ARTICLE 3- (1) This Regulation is based on Article 14 of the Civil Servants Law No. 7 dated 1965/657/124, Decree Law No. 399 and the Civil Servants Discipline Regulation, which was put into effect with the Presidential Decision dated 29/4/2021 and numbered 3935. It was prepared on the basis of pearl material.

Disciplinary supervisors

ARTICLE 4- (1) Disciplinary supervisors of the personnel within the scope of this Regulation are shown in the Schedule No.

Legislation to be applied in terms of principles and procedures related to discipline

ARTICLE 5- (1) In terms of procedures and principles regarding discipline, the provisions of Law No. 657, Decree-Law No. 399 and Regulation on Discipline for Civil Servants shall apply.

Repealed regulation

ARTICLE 6- (1) The Regulation on Disciplinary Supervisors of the General Directorate of State Railways of the Republic of Turkey published in the Official Gazette dated 12/8/2017 and numbered 30152 has been repealed.

Force

ARTICLE 7- (1) This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication.

Executive

ARTICLE 8- (1) The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the General Manager of the Republic of Turkey State Railways Administration.
