Royal Brunei, one of the most prestigious airlines in the world, started to use Hitit's Crane software solutions on March 16, 2022, after a successful training and system transition.

Royal Brunei Airlines, which will continue its operations with Hitit's solutions, is listed among the 10 most popular airlines in the world by the independent research institution Skytrax.

Hitit, one of the leading airline technology companies in its sector, continues to fly airlines from many different parts of the world with Turkish technology. Royal Brunei Airlines, the national airline company of the Sultanate of Brunei, was the last airline to which Hitit completed the system transition. Royal Brunei started flying with Hittite technologies as of March 16, 2022.

Among the solutions offered by Hitit to Royal Brunei, reservation and ticketing solution system, online and mobile reservation, a web-based departure control system that also controls the correct and fast operation of check-in systems, tariff planning, loyalty system, customer service management and mobile application exists.

System integration and training, which was carried out in Baskent Bandar Seri Begavan and managed by Hitit employees, was completed in a short period of 9 months and airline operations started without any problems.
