Pursuant to Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 and the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 06.06.1978 and numbered 7/15754, to be employed under the command of the General Directorate of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security; Based on the Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) score, 5 programmers and 2 analysts will be recruited. Candidates 3 (three) times of the contracted personnel position announced for each title will be called for the oral exam. APPLICATION CONDITIONS
1- To meet the conditions specified in article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
2- Not being entitled to receive retirement, old-age or invalidity pension from any social security institution as of the date of application,
3- To get at least 2020 points in the KPSSP3 score type in the Public Personnel Selection Exam held in 60,
4- To have a minimum (D) level of YDS/e-YDS or another internationally valid document whose equivalence is accepted by OSYM in terms of language proficiency as of the application deadline,
5- While working in public institutions and organizations on a contract basis pursuant to Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, the contract has not been terminated by the institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract in the last year, or the contract has not been terminated unilaterally within the contract period,
6- Not to have a disease that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.
Candidates can only apply to one of the groups specified in the table, and those who are found to do not meet the eligibility criteria for the exam will not be able to participate in the oral exam.
APPLICATION TIME, METHOD, PLACE AND OTHER ISSUES
1- Candidates can submit their applications between 28/03/2022 – 06/04/2022 by logging in via the Ministry of Labor and Social Security-Career Gate Public Recruitment and Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) on e-Government. They will do so by using the job application screen, which will become active on the calendar specified on the state. Applications submitted in person or by post will not be accepted.
2- Required conditions for applications, required documents and other information about the exam process are available on the website of our Ministry (csgb.gov.tr/pdb/duyurular) and on the Career Gate Platform (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr).
3- 3 (three) times the number of positions to be appointed will be invited to the oral exam. A ranking will be made starting from the candidate with the highest score in the KPSSP3 score type among the candidates with the required qualifications. If there is more than one candidate who has the same score as the last candidate, all of these candidates will be called for the oral exam.
4- The candidates who are entitled to take the oral exam and the place and dates of the oral exam will be announced on the official website of the Ministry (www.csgb.gov.tr/pdb/duyurular) and on the Career Gate Recruitment Platform (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). Written notice will not be given.
5- Candidates can make a written objection to the commission about the application results within 5 (five) business days following the announcement of the application results.
