Barış Öncü, Chairman of Sirius Yapı A.Ş., said that they offered a 31 percent discount in cash payment until March 20 for the Sirius Loft Residence project, which they continue to build in Çiğli Yakakent neighborhood.
Stating that Sirius Loft, which draws attention with its location close to Anadolu Avenue, social facilities and quality architecture, attracted attention by investors, Barış Öncü expressed that they have signed a large and useful housing design.
Providing information about Sirius Loft, Öncü said, “Our project, which is located on top of the Çamlıkent project that we have done before, has a total construction area of 13 thousand 800 square meters.
It consists of 33 flats and 1 workplace in total. 8 of them are designed as lofts with mezzanine floors, 7 of them as 2+1 flats and 18 of them as 3+1 flats. Loft apartments have a ceiling height of 6.5 m; A flight of stairs leads to the upper floor. We offer large, spacious and comfortable spaces where everyone can live comfortably. Because whether you deposit your money in the bank or keep it in a currency protected deposit, the profit you will get remains at the level of 16%.
