The Principles Regarding Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 657/4/6 and numbered 6/1978, to be employed in the provincial organization of the General Directorate of Forestry of the Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the paragraph (B) of the 7th article of the Civil Servants Law numbered 15754. Within the framework of the provision added with the Presidential Decision dated 2/10/1 and numbered 2019 to the Annex 579 titled "Exam Conditions", 1 engineers (forest engineers) will be recruited for the contracted personnel position for the provinces included in the Annex-283, through oral and practical exams. All notifications/announcements to the candidates (including informing the candidates who do not meet the application requirements and whose procedures have been terminated in this way) will be made via the ogm.gov.tr website of the General Directorate of Forestry, and at the same time, the candidates will be able to view their results on the Presidential Career Gate Platform. In addition, no written notification will be made.
GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CANDIDATES
a) To have the general and special conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
b) To get at least 2020 points from the Public Personnel Selection Exam (2020-KPSSP3) held in 70.
c) From undergraduate programs of higher education institutions; Graduation from the Department of Forestry Engineering.
ç) To obtain a medical board report from Full-fledged Health Institutions and Organizations (with the inscription that they can serve all over the country and use weapons). (It will be requested from the candidates who are entitled to sign the contract.)
d) While working as a contracted personnel in accordance with paragraph (B) of Article 657 of Law No. 4; Regarding those whose service contracts have expired or who have applied to be placed in the contracted personnel position in Annex-1, Article 657 of the Law No. 4 (B) and on the Employment of Contracted Personnel entered into force with the Council of Ministers Decision dated 6.6.1978 and numbered 7/15754. It should be considered that the provisions in the third and fourth paragraphs of the additional article 1 of the principles will be applied. Those who do not fall within the scope of the exceptions specified in the third and fourth paragraphs of the additional article 1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel among those placed in these positions will not be appointed.
e) Candidates must meet all the conditions specified in the general and special conditions as of the last day of the application date. In addition, legal action will be taken against those who, at any time, are found out that the document submitted at any time is false/invalid, and that they have issued an untrue document, "even if they have started to work by signing the contract", their contracts will be terminated and legal action will be taken against them, and if a price has been paid to them by the administration, this amount will be compensated together with the legal interest.

It will end at 10:04 on 2022/23/59. This period will certainly not be extended. Applications made in person, by mail, petition or other form will not be accepted. Candidates must obtain an e-Government password before the application process.
Applications will be made according to the preference of the candidate on the basis of the provinces specified in the ANNEX 1 list, and each candidate will be able to make a maximum of 20 choices. As a result of the ranking starting from the candidate with the highest KPSSP3 score, if there are candidates up to 4 times the position determined for each province, and if there are candidates who have the same score as the last candidate, they will also be entitled to take the oral and practical exam with the last candidate. Each candidate can only be included in the exam list of a province, taking into account the order of preference and KPSSP3 score.
