This surgery, which is usually performed under general anesthesia, can also be performed under local anesthesia with sedation support. It is possible to go home the same day after this operation, which lasts for 2-2.5 hours. Combined surgeries may prolong the duration of the operation and require a one-day stay in the hospital. The scar of the facelift surgery will definitely remain, but it is not an obvious scar and it is done in the scalp in the temple area, in front of and behind the ear. In order to remove the fat in the under-chin area, a 3-5 mm long scar is left that cannot be seen from the front. If an additional operation is performed, additional scars will remain according to the operation performed. It is an expected result that these traces will be hidden and not obvious.”
