Cooperation to Improve Defense Industry Exports Signed

SAHA Istanbul Defense, Aerospace and Space Cluster Association, Turkey's largest and Europe's second largest industrial cluster, and the Defense and Aviation Industry Exporters' Association (SSI) signed an important cooperation to increase the share of the sector in the international arena. A cooperation protocol was signed between SS Exporters' Association and SAHA Istanbul in order to find a market for defense and aerospace industry products, to develop existing market shares and to develop defense industry exports.

SAHA Istanbul, which is the biggest supporter of the successful National Technology Move that Turkey has carried out in the international Defense, Aerospace and Space industry in recent years, continues to take part in important international studies in the field of aviation. A cooperation protocol was signed on March 16, 2022 between the Defense and Aerospace Industry Exporters' Association (SSI) and the Defense, Aerospace and Space Clustering Association (SAHA Istanbul) in order to find a market for defense and aerospace industry products, to develop existing market shares and to improve defense industry exports.

WITH UNIQUE PRODUCTS DEVELOPED BY THE TURKISH DEFENSE AND AVIATION INDUSTRY, TAF AND SECURITY FORCES HAVE COME TO A POSITION TO SHARE THEIR COMPETENCES AROUND THE WORLD

In the said protocol; It was emphasized that on the way that started with the main mission of developing the modern defense industry and modernizing the TAF, it became a position to share these competencies with its friends and allies around the world, while rapidly modernizing the TAF and the security forces with the unique products developed by the Turkish defense and aerospace industry.

Studies will be carried out to strengthen cooperation, coordination and sharing between SSI and SAHA Istanbul, to identify problem and development areas related to this, and to implement solutions for solutions. joint training will be carried out.

In addition, SAHA Expo Defense, Aerospace Industry Fair, which will be organized by SAHA Istanbul with the participation of SAHA Istanbul and its members, will be supported by SSI.
