The prequalification evaluation will be made on April 12, 2022 at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments.
DURATION OF THE JOB 50 MONTHS
Within the scope of the work subject to the tender Halkalı- All supervision and consultancy services related to the infrastructure, superstructure, electrification, signaling and telecommunication systems installation works of the Canal Istanbul Crossing Railway Line between Ispartakule will be done. The duration of the work was determined as 50 months from the start date.
OPEN TO LOCAL AND FOREIGN BIDDERS
Among the conditions to participate in the pre-qualification evaluation; There is a bank reference letter showing unused cash or non-cash loans not less than 7 million TL or deposits without restrictions.
A document showing the work experience of the work subject to the tender or similar works within the last 15 years, not less than 32 million TL, is also required for construction consultancy services. The tender will be open to all domestic and foreign bidders. As a consortium, no bids will be submitted for the tender.
CONSTRUCTION TENDER CANCELED
The Ministry held an "urgent" tender in June 2021 for the construction of the railway line, which will receive consultancy services, in June XNUMX.
The tender was won by Gülermak-Yapı and Yapı-Taşyapı business partnership, the owner of the bid of 3 billion 111 million 362 thousand TL.
However, the tender was canceled by the 13th Chamber of the Council of State as unlawful. It was stated that the necessary clarity and competition were not provided in the tender, and that it did not meet the "urgency" requirement.
