5.455 PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT EXAM ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE CONTRACTED POSITION (657 SC. 4/B)
Paragraph (B) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 4, Article 2802 of the Law No. 114 on Judges and Prosecutors, Articles 2 and 8 of the Presidential Decree No. 11 on General Staff and Procedure, dated 06.06.1978 and 7/ According to the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, which was put into effect with the Council of Ministers Decision No. 15754, and the provisions of the Civil Servant Exam, Appointment and Transfer Regulation of the Ministry of Justice, 1 executions to be employed in contracted positions for the penitentiary institutions whose place, number, title and quality are specified in the ANNEX-5.016 list. A total of 141 personnel will be recruited, including protection officer, 66 office personnel (clerk of the penitentiary institution), 113 nurses, 90 technicians, 27 support personnel (driver), 2 support personnel (cooks), 5.455 support personnel (heater).
Those who will be employed for the first time in the contracted positions specified in the ANNEX-1 list must meet the following conditions written in the 5th and 6th articles of the Civil Servant Exam, Appointment and Transfer Regulation of the Ministry of Justice.

General Terms and Conditions
a) Being a Turkish Citizen,
b) Not to be deprived of public rights, even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, (…) embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust Not to be convicted of fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging the performance of the performance, laundering the property values arising from crime or smuggling,
c) Not to be involved in military service, or not to be of military age, or if he has reached the age of military service, to have performed active military service or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class,

d) For the personnel who will be employed under the title of execution and protection officer in penitentiary institutions; To document with a health board report to be obtained from full-fledged State Hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health within the scope of the Regulation on Health Conditions Required for Those Who Will Be Appointed to the Title of Execution and Protection Officer of the General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses dated 14.09.2021,
e) In all titles except the execution and protection officer to be employed in the penitentiary institution; According to the subparagraph “c” of the 6th paragraph of the 18th article of the “Special Conditions” section of the Civil Servant Examination, Appointment and Transfer Regulation of the Ministry of Justice; For all the personnel who will be vacantly appointed, there is no mental illness or physical disability that may prevent them from performing their duties continuously, that there are no strabismus, blindness, lameness, hearing loss, fixed facial features, limb deficiency, stuttering and similar obstacles, To document with a health board report that will be received from the full-fledged State hospitals affiliated to the Ministry,
f) In the Practical and/or oral exam to be held by the justice commissions, in the Public Personnel Selection Examination for the year 2020; To get at least 3 points from KPSSP93, KPSSP94 for associate degree graduates, KPSSP70 score type (KPSS) for secondary education graduates,
g) To be over the age of 17.03.2021 as of 18, which is the application deadline for the exam to be held; As of the first day of January of the year in which the central exam (KPSS-2020) is held; Not to have completed the age of 30 for execution and protection officers (those born on or after January 01, 1990 will be able to apply for the exam); For technicians, office personnel (clerk of the penitentiary institution), support personnel (cook, heater, driver) and nurses, they must not be over 35 years old (people born on or after January 01, 1985 can apply for the exam).
ğ) To have the conditions sought in the special law or other legislation related to the class in which it will be served.
Place and method of application
Candidates will submit their applications by logging in via turkiye.gov.tr and using the Ministry of Justice/Job application screen, which will become active on 01.03.2022 on e-Government.
Candidates will only be able to apply for an examination for one title and to be held by the head of the justice commission of a judicial court of first instance. In case of applying to the same or different commission for the same or a different title, all applications made will be deemed invalid, and even if the examiners are successful, the placement procedures will not be made. (For example, when a candidate applies to a place for the title of execution and protection officer, he / she will not be able to apply to the same or different place for the office staff (prison clerk) or any other title, even if he / she meets the necessary conditions.) they should consider this issue when applying.
After completing the application process, the candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not see the phrase "Application Completed" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated. The responsibility in this matter belongs to the applicant.
E. Announcement of the candidates who will be called for the prison officer's height-weight measurement and the penitentiary clerk practical exam:
-For appointments to the positions of office staff (clerk of the penitentiary institution), candidates will be called 20 (twenty) times the number of announced positions, starting from the highest score, based on the scores obtained in the central exam. All candidates who have the same score as the last candidate will be taken to the practical exam.
– In appointments to execution and protection officer positions, candidates will be called 3 (three) times the number of announced positions, starting from the highest score, on the basis of the scores obtained in the central examination for height and weight measurement. All candidates who have the same score as the last candidate will be taken to the height-weight measurement.
