This draw will be made in two separate placements as the first placement and the second placement for the candidates with the title of pharmacist, and only the second placement will be applied for the other titles and branches.
1. In placement 'For the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, personnel with the title of pharmacist who have foreign language proficiency and have graduated from master's or doctoral programs will be recruited'.
2. In placement For the Ministry of Health and Affiliated Institutions and other public institutions and organizations, personnel will be recruited under the title of pharmacist, specialist dentist, dentist, physician and specialist physician.
GENERAL PRINCIPLES
1) Applications can be found on the website of the Ministry of Health General Directorate of Management Services (https://yhgm.saglik.gov.tr/), through the Personnel Information System (PBS), with the e-government gate identity verification system, and within the periods specified in the draw calendar.
2) The place and time of the draw will be announced on the internet address (yhgm.saglik.gov.tr).
3) Candidates who will apply will fill in the application form electronically on PBS, save and finalize their preferences between the dates specified in the lottery calendar. After the finalization process, the application information and preferences will not be changed. Applications that are not finalized will not be taken into consideration.
4) The finalized application form will not be sent separately as physical documents.
5) Foreigners of Turkish origin, who are within the scope of the Law No. 2527, are required to register the document showing that they are registered in the population register kept by the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs in the electronic environment through the application system.
6) Candidates with other titles and branches other than the title of pharmacist will only be able to make a choice for the second placement and they will be able to make a maximum of ten (2) choices. Candidates who declare that they want to be settled with the general lottery will be placed in the vacant vacancies with the general lot if they cannot be placed in their preferences.
Among the candidates with the title of Pharmacist, those who meet the conditions stated in the 'C' part of this announcement text can apply for 'the recruitment of personnel with the title of pharmacist who have foreign language proficiency for the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency and have graduated from master's or doctoral programs', or both placements if they wish. They will be able to make a choice for (1st placement and/or 1nd placement). Among the candidates in this situation, those placed in the 2st placement will not be included in the 1nd placement. Those who could not be placed in the 2st placement and those who do not meet the conditions specified in the 'C' part of this announcement text will participate in the 1nd placement if they have a preference for the 2nd placement. These persons will be able to choose a maximum of one (2) for the 1st placement and a maximum of ten (1) for the 2nd placement. Candidates who state that they want to be placed by general drawing in the 10nd placement will be placed in the vacant vacancies by general drawing if they cannot be placed in their preferences. There will be no general drawing option in the 2st placement.
7) Those who want to apply for the lot and have their application canceled can cancel their application for the lot electronically via PBS until Tuesday, March 15, 2022 - Monday, March 28, 2022, at 18:00. Those who have canceled the drawing application cannot apply for this drawing again.
8) Applications that are not deemed appropriate as a result of the examination will be announced on PBS as a substitute for notification together with the reasons for rejection, and the objections will be received electronically and the results will be announced on PBS.
9) In the reassignment of those who have withdrawn or are deemed to have withdrawn from the civil service, the periods specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 97 are taken into account. However, among those who are in this situation, the applications of those who have one month until the end of their disability as of the application deadline will be accepted.
10) In the appointment notification of the candidates who have been placed in the positions of the Ministry of Health and Affiliated Institutions, the address specified by the candidate in the application will be taken as basis.
11) Those placed in any staff or position as a result of the draw will not be able to apply for the lottery again for one year after the announcement of the results of the lottery.
12) Applications of candidates who do not comply with the conditions specified in the text of the announcement will not be accepted. Those whose applications are accepted inadvertently and placed by lot will not be appointed and will be canceled even if they have been appointed.
13) Applications of candidates who have missing documents or make incorrect applications will be deemed invalid.
14) After the draw, an archive research will be conducted on the candidates who are placed in the positions of the Ministry of Health and Affiliated Organizations, and their appointments will be made after the archive research is concluded. Those whose archive research results are negative will not be assigned, and even if they have been done, they will be cancelled.
