Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made statements at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum. Lavrov said in his speech:

“We are in favor of any kind of contact. We support every attempt towards a solution. We also want it not to be used in any way by our Ukrainian colleagues, so as not to deviate from the real negotiation path. There is nothing that can replace negotiations.

We support every attempt towards a solution. Russia's defense ministry presents papers. We want a collective solution to the Ukraine crisis. We want the crisis to be resolved collectively, taking into account the interests of all parties.

As for Ukraine's arms procurement from abroad, we see this as a dangerous action. They encourage the entry of deadly weapons into Ukraine. These can be taken anywhere on the shoulder. When hundreds of rocket launchers fall into the hands of those here, we ask our European colleagues, how will you prevent the emerging policy here? It will be a threat for a long time. It can leave all of Europe from there. It poses a direct threat to the security of the Russian Federation. Putin has made his point very clear.

Biological studies are carried out near the border with Russia. We want Ukraine to be a neutral country. We do not want a new Nazi government to be established in Ukraine. We are ready to negotiate security guarantees for western Ukraine. Putin does not hesitate to meet with Zelensky. We will try never to be dependent on the West again. The West poses a threat to the region for years. We do not want these contacts to take place just for the sake of talk. The West caused conflict by forcing Ukraine to choose.

We are not here to change the negotiation process. There is a process initiated by the Presidents. What should be done to end this crisis? There are talks such as ending Ukraine's neutral status. In our meeting today, Mr. Kuleba said that we could not reach an agreement on the ceasefire, but we did not have such a target here. It is said that we should declare a ceasefire and establish a humanitarian corridor. All this is said to reporters to say that our good intentions did not work out. They work on instant perceptions. We want a Ukraine that is not a threat to Russia.”
