A reaction to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine came from Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality. The Metropolitan Municipality wrote Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's phrase "Peace at home, peace in the world" on trams and buses.

Saying no to war with the words "Peace at home, peace in the world", the Metropolitan Municipality draws attention to this issue in public transportation in the city. The Metropolitan Municipality, which included Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's statement that he drew attention to world peace on trams and buses, received full marks from Eskişehir residents. While the protests of the war continued in many countries, Eskişehir also showed its reaction to the war with the public transportation vehicles that are used extensively by the citizens and provide transportation in the city.

Citizens who saw the article on public transportation vehicles stated that they wanted a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine as soon as possible in order to prevent further loss of life.
