TUSAS Continues to Incorporate Qualified Young People with its National Internship Program

Turkish Aerospace Industries continues its employment and internship programs for the development of high-tech aircraft of the future in the field of aviation. In addition to Turkey's most admired talent programs "SKY Programs", the project, which has been carried out by the Presidency's Human Resources Office under the name of Internship Campaign for 2 years, and whose scope has been expanded this year, in line with our country's employment policies, continues to incorporate the qualified talents of our country into its body. Thus, it is possible for young talents to meet with projects realized with domestic and national opportunities in the field of aviation and to witness the processes of designing, developing and producing platforms that are the future of our country.

In the SKY Programs, where wide opportunities for professional development are offered within the body of Turkish Aerospace Industries, more than a thousand trainee engineers continue to gain experience in the field they study in various projects throughout the year. SKY Programs offer internship opportunities in the field of aviation to engineer candidates under two different roofs. SKY Discover is open to young talents who are studying in the 20rd or 3th grades of engineering faculties of universities for 4 working days between June and September; SKY Experience, on the other hand, provides many opportunities for young talents studying in the 3rd and 4th grades as an experience-oriented long-term intern engineer program that provides engineering practice and awareness.

Turkish Aerospace Industries General Manager Prof. Dr. In his statement regarding the internship opportunities within the company, Temel Kotil said, “In the internship programs we have carried out with the aim of integrating our young people who will shape the future of our country into professional life, we have enabled thousands of young people to witness the national aviation projects of our country. On the other hand, we are among the important stakeholders of the National Internship Program, which accelerates our work and is carried out by the Presidential Human Resources Office. Through the National Internship Program, we provided internship opportunities to 68 young people at our Institution, and we employed 11 of these interns on a full-time basis. We continue to contribute to the training of engineers who will undertake the development of aviation and space projects within our company by including our young talents in our staff through the National Internship Program, which is based on the principles of merit and provides equal opportunity, and through the 'Career Gate' platform. We invite our young people who want to meet with us to apply for the Program, whose applications for 2022 are opened this week.” said.
