Within the scope of the 3D Cadastre Project, the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre took action.
With the images taken from the planes before, it has been viewed over ten thousand square kilometers of Turkey, which has an urban area of forty thousand square kilometers. It emerged as a 3D city model with high detail density.
Within the framework of the project, 3D city models, 3D cadastre and title deed information, architectural projects of buildings were made 3D and combined with real estate value information and address information.
With the integrated data, Turkey is getting ready for the smart city environment with digital technologies such as Metaverse.
The General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre is preparing to organize a workshop on Metaverse, which will be attended by academics and experts in the coming days.
Pilot province Amasya
According to Sabah's news, Amasya, which was chosen as the pilot province, became ready for presentation in the Metaverse environment.
The city's digital data will also form the basic technological base of smart cities, such as real estate marketing, urban transformation, city planning, real estate insurance, disaster management, and the 3D game industry. Work continues for other provinces.
