1- Vegetable Seed Production Facility Complex within Boztepe Agricultural Enterprise Directorate: Production including 5 greenhouses (10.000 square meters), 1 seedling greenhouse (1.000 square meters (4.000 square meters), 4 administrative building with 1 climate controlled rooms, laboratories and social facilities. complex is to be leased for 15 (five) years on 5 decares for vegetable production purposes such as vegetables, fruits, seedlings, saplings, soilless agriculture, landscaping and ornamental plants.
Planting and production of plants such as cannabis, which will be used in the production of drugs subject to certain permits, will not be made. The tender will be made by auction method.
2- The tender will be held on Tuesday, 15/03/2022, at 14.00, at the Business Administration Building, in the presence of the Purchase-Sale and Tender Commission. If there is no participant in the tender or the prices given are not found appropriate, it will be repeated on 22/03/2022 with the same place and conditions.

5- The documents specified in the conditions for entering the tender shall be placed in an envelope, and the name of the firm and the tender it belongs to shall be written on the envelope and delivered to the general document service of the enterprise until 15:03 on the date of 2022/14/00 at the latest. The tender envelope that is not delivered to the general document service of the enterprise until the specified tender time will not be taken into account.
