Written and directed by İrfan Kancı and starring master actors Yasemin Yalçın and İlyas İlbey, “Waiting for the Realtor” was the first private theater show in Izmit after a long time. Izmit, which has longed for theater since the first months of 2020 due to the pandemic, opened the season with one of the most lively comedy plays on the stage.
