It is colloquially referred to as anemia. Some anemia is mild or the person may not notice it, but some forms of anemia can be very severe. Anemia is a health problem that negatively affects headache, nail breakage, hair loss, fatigue, loss of appetite, dry skin, growth, development, intelligence and success. Anemia is becoming a growing social problem, especially since it causes growth retardation, decrease in learning, intelligence and school success. Pregnant women, infants, school-age children and young people are most affected by anemia. Anemia can be due to many reasons. The most common cause of anemia in our country is iron and vitamin deficiency. The biggest cause of iron and vitamin deficiency is unbalanced and irregular nutrition.
