APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Applications can be made between 02 – 07 March 2022 from Samsun Provincial Directorate of Labor and Employment Agency/District Service Centers or from the address iskur.gov.tr.
Turkish Foreign noble No. 2527 of them can freely Professions and Arts in Turkey, public or private organizations to be a Turkish citizen, without prejudice to the provisions of the Law on Being Employed in workplaces.
To be at least 18 years old and under 36 years old as of the application deadline
Those who have graduated from vocational high school and equivalent school as of the application deadline, and those who have a master's certificate from the departments specified in the labor force demand, can apply for only one labor demand (branch). Those who are currently attending formal education cannot apply.
Not related to military service (de facto, exempted or postponed)
Procurement will be covered at the provincial level and the people residing in Samsun may apply. The address of the first place of residence registered in the Address Based Population Registration System of the candidates shall be taken into consideration. Applicants who reside in Samsun within the application period will not be accepted.
Even if pardoned, crimes against the security of the State, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, crimes against national defense, crimes against State secrets and espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, breach of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, tender not to be convicted of embezzlement, embezzlement, laundering of property values arising from crime, or smuggling.
Not being a member, affiliation, affiliation or connection with the structures, formations or groups or terrorist organizations that are determined by the National Security Council to act against the national security of the State.

Applications of workers who receive retirement, old-age and disability pensions from any social security institution and workers working in a workplace affiliated to the Coast Guard Command will not be accepted.
To have a document showing the priority status specified in the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Recruitment of Workers from the candidates who have the priority right in sending to work. (Among those who have the priority right, those who do not respond to the announcement they have applied for but do not respond to the announcement except for force majeure, do not attend the exam, refuse the job or are placed in a job as a permanent employee in the public sector, despite being invited by the Coast Guard Black Sea Repair Support Command. The priority right will not be used for the second time.)
The lottery will be drawn on March 17, 2022, between 09:12:00, at the Sportsman Factory building (next to the Olympic Swimming Pool affiliated to Atakum Youth and Sports District Directorate, Yenimahalle, Atatürk Blv. No: 11 Atakum/SAMSUN). Candidates who want to watch the draw are required to wear a mask, follow the distance sitting system and hygiene rules due to the COVID-19 epidemic that has affected our country. The list of those who are entitled to take the oral/practical exam as a result of drawing lots will be published on the Coast Guard Command web page (sg.gov.tr) as a notification.
The Coast Guard Black Sea Repair Support Command will check whether the main and reserve candidates determined by drawing lots in the presence of a notary public have the required qualifications, and the applications of the candidates who do not meet the requirements will not be accepted. The documents to be requested from the candidates who are entitled to take the exam and the date of document control will be published on the Coast Guard Command website (www.sg.gov.tr) as a notification. For document control, the originals and photocopies of the requested documents will be brought.
As a result of the document check, instead of the candidate who is selected as the principal in the draw, whose application is not accepted due to the wrong document or missing document, the oral / practical exam will be accepted starting from the substitute candidate whose full first document is selected as substitute in the lot.
