The ancestral seeds produced in the Local Seed Center established by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality in 2016 are sent to 80 provinces of Turkey and reach the table from soil.

While Muğla Metropolitan Municipality distributes Ata seeds to 2016 provinces of Turkey with the Local Seed Center it established in 80, the seeds continue to reach the table from the soil.

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, which established Turkey's most comprehensive Local Seed Center on October 29, 2016, has brought in 918 local seeds that have been examined so far.

Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, which distributes 2021 kinds of seeds produced in the summer of 113, on its website, has distributed approximately 10 million seeds to date.

Seeds reach the table with MELSA

MELSA, a subsidiary of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, offers local products to the world market with its store and e-commerce it established. Continuing its efforts to strengthen the cooperatives throughout the province, MELSA offers local products to the consumers, 12 of which are different cooperatives, obtained from the municipal economic enterprises, local enterprises and 45 producers who produce at home. MELSA, which offers 225 kinds of products such as olive oil, pine honey, tarhana, noodles, aromatic oils, home textiles, brings the products to the table.
