Within the body of Endaş Academy, training on bearing and power transmission products was given to the employees of the Manisa Güres Tavukçuluk A.Ş factory.
The last training of Endaş Academy, which provides bearing and power transmission trainings all over Turkey in order to increase the efficiency of the factories, took place at the Manisa Güres Tavukçuluk A.Ş factory.
13 people from different businesses of the company, maintenance, production and purchasing units attended the training held on Thursday, January 2022, 45.

Power transmission product breakdowns and damages are minimized with the vocational trainings provided by Endaş Academy to technical personnel of factories such as engineers, foremen and technicians. The 'Power Transmission Trainings', which include technical and practical subjects, meet with the factories physically or online, depending on preference. In trainings; assembly and disassembly methods, equipment, latest developments in bearings, bearing damages, causes of bearing damage and methods of preventing bearing damage are explained.
