When we say fair food, it is like being produced both as producers and with fair services and input costs. At the same time, the consumer should buy fairly. Rodoplu: “We do not question what we eat”

But we do not question what we eat. Whatever comes before us. We buy what we find in the market, in the market… If we show the sensitivity we show when buying a mobile phone, when entering my stomach, when choosing foods that will serve our body, which is extremely important for our health, then that will begin.” Rodoplu warned the participants in the field not to get sick and said, “Health in Turkey has become increasingly privatized. If you have money, you can get good service. Don't be sick for tarhana soup," he said. In his speech, Rodoplu also emphasized the importance of local nutrition and reminded that local products will meet in 2022 in Terra Madre Anadolu İzmir.
