SECOND HAND CAR SALES ARE REGULATED
The Ministry of Commerce is reorganizing used car sales. The draft regulation prepared in this context was opened for discussion. In the draft, the scope of the electronic system that enables the simultaneous exchange of vehicles and money is expanded.
According to the news of TRT Haber; Stating that this regulation will prevent informality, MASFED President Aydın Erkoç said that all consumer grievances will be eliminated.
CAR BUYERS ATTENTION! BANKS WILL GUARANTEE
In the current application, only cash payments can be made in the electronic system, while with the new regulation, the system will also accept money order and EFT methods.
Banks will be able to guarantee buying and selling transactions. Erkoç said, “The buyer is blocking his money in the bank. The bank charges a very small fee for this. The blocked money is transferred to the account of the seller when the sale is made. Neither side suffers. Here, banks act as guarantors as intermediary institutions.” said.
Businesses that apply for concordat within the scope of the regulation will also be able to apply for a certificate of authorization.
With the regulation, the high school graduation requirement required for the certificate of authorization will also be reduced to primary education.
