İmamoğlu, who made examinations on the shores of the Golden Horn, covered the distance between Eyüpsultan State Hospital and Feshane by tram. İmamoğlu, who listens to the problems of the citizens and observes the works on the shore of the Golden Horn, said, “We aim to open the Eminönü-Alibeyköy Tram, which currently serves until Cibali, at the end of 2022. On the one hand, the drawings and designs of Eminönü Square are finished. We clarify this process. We will meet in a very beautiful square there,” he said.

Listening to the demands of the citizens he encountered on the road and on the tram, İmamoğlu conveyed the problems to his staff. Stating that they gained hundreds of thousands of square meters of green space for Eyüpsultan with the end of Eminönü-Alibeyköy Tramway, İmamoğlu said, “Of course, there is another part that does not end. With their crossing, when I say both a pedestrian axis moving in the direction of Kağıthane and a pedestrian axis moving in the direction of Eyüpsultan, a bicycle path, and some sports facilities, this place actually turns into a very important living space. Everyone knows our meticulousness towards the Golden Horn. This place really turned into a living space that attracts people with its greenness; continues to evolve,” he said.
